1 whole bulb of garlic with top sliced off and some paper skin stripped back

Preheat heat oven to 180°c.
Brush the garlic bulb with oil and place in the oven for 20 mins or until soft when squeezed. Allow to cool completely.
Whilst the garlic softens, bake your Spicy Chunkies according to the cooking instructions.
Add the vegan mayo to a medium sized mixing bowl. Flatten the cooled garlic bulb with a knife so that the soft garlic pushes out, remove any skin and chop with the knife so the garlic is completely smooth. Add to the vegan mayo and whisk to combine. Place in the fridge for ten minutes to chill.
Heat the two wraps in the oven for 30 seconds (this makes them softer and easier to fold), lay them both on a board and spread a heaped tablespoon of your garlic aioli to each. Now add half of the shredded lettuce to each wrap, followed by the Spicy Chunkies. Fold up and enjoy!
