Tofoo Nuggets Buffalo Style

  1. 1 Pack Tofoo Nuggets
For the Slaw
  1. 150g red cabbage
  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 2 sticks celery
  5. 3 tbsp mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise
  6. 1 clove garlic
For the Buffalo Sauce
  1. 1 tbsp butter/vegan spread
  2. 2 tbsp hot sauce of your choice
Do this stuff
  1. Place Tofoo Nuggets on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes turning halfway through as per the cooking instructions.
  2. For the slaw – peel and grate the carrot, finely slice the cabbage, apple and celery and mix together in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and grate in the garlic. Mix well.
  3. For the buffalo sauce – melt the butter/spread in a pan then add the hot sauce.
  4. Take the cooked Nuggets and then toss in the buffalo sauce and serve with the slaw and corn on the cob.
