150g red cabbage

1 apple

1 carrot

2 sticks celery

3 tbsp mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise

1 clove garlic

For the Buffalo Sauce

1 tbsp butter/vegan spread

2 tbsp hot sauce of your choice

Southern Fried Tofoo Bites Buffalo Style

1 Pack of Southern Fried Tofoo Bites

For the Slaw

150g red cabbage

1 apple

1 carrot

2 sticks celery

3 tbsp mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise

1 clove garlic

For the Buffalo Sauce

1 tbsp butter/vegan spread

2 tbsp hot sauce of your choice

Method

Underline

1. Place Southern Fried Tofoo Bites on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes turning halfway through as per the cooking instructions.

2. For the slaw – peel and grate the carrot, finely slice the cabbage, apple and celery and mix together in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and grate in the garlic. Mix well

3. For the buffalo sauce – melt the butter/spread in a pan then add the hot sauce.

4. Take the cooked Bites and then toss in the buffalo sauce and serve with the slaw and corn on the cob.
