2 red onions (peeled and sliced)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Smoked Tofoo Sizzler Sandwich with Balsamic Onions

1 pack Smoked Tofoo Sizzlers

2 crusty bread rolls

2 red onions (peeled and sliced)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method

Underline

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.

2. Put the Tofoo Sizzlers on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, or fry in oil for 10 mins.

3. Heat a sauce pan and add the oil, onions, sugar, and vinegar. Reduce the heat to low and cook the onions slowly, stirring occasionally, until the onions are jammy and caramelised.

4. Take the bread rolls and pile with the Tofoo Sizzlers, and balsamic onions.
